Day 26: Tinkering with sound

I’m beginning to ask the question of what I’d like to do with this toy project I’m working on. Some friends have already asked if they can use it, and I can see why—it’s addicting to use. Today, I got the idea to add microphone support to the app, allowing me to sing into the synthesizer. After adding that feature, I spent at least an hour or two singing and striking random objects to capture sounds in my microphone. My neighbor could definitely thinks I’m a bit crazier now.

My goal was to create something sort of like harmonizer used by one of my favorite musicians, Jacob Collier. Here’s what the harmonizer can do:
